Dear ski mountaineering friends,

We have heard the sad news via FISI: our old friend Camillo Onesti died on 18 November. He was 88 years old. I remember him as a former skimo athlete (Rally CAI-CAF), runner (Marathon), climber, organiser (skimo races and Stra Milano), FISI voluntary manager (vice president of FISI skimo commission until 2008,  responsible of the Italian Cross-Country team in the times of Manuela Di Centa e Stefania Belmondo) as well as involved in international skimo matters since the times of the foundation of the CISAC.
